Mayor Carl T. Langford Park - Pre Deployment Session - Maritza & Eyad

Connecting with the couples I shoot, to the extend of becoming friends, is my favorite perk of being in this profession. When I met Maritza and Eyad last year, I knew this was a photog-couple match made in photographer heaven. It didn't surprised me when Maritza called me once more to capture another important day in their lives, Eyad's Pre Deployment to Afghanistan.Capturing them as they prepare for the longest time they've been apart, was a bittersweet. I am honored for the opportunity but I wished I was capturing some other moment. Nevertheless, we had a good time and an awesome session. But why wouldn't we? Look at them!Eyad, we are praying for a safe and quick return home. We will be there, along with your beautiful Maritza, to welcome you back!
